Recently, the awarding ceremony of the Second China Integrity Innovation Award, hosted by the Integrity Building and Governance Research Dedicated Committee of China Management Modernization Research Association and Tsing Hua University Integrity and Governance Research Center, and the High-level Forum on China Integrity Innovation Award was held in Beijing. Yili Group was awarded the “China Integrity Innovation Nomination Award”.

This year’s “China Integrity Innovation Award” features three awards: Integrity Innovation Award, Integrity Innovation Nomination Award, and Integrity Innovation Award Special Innovation Project. It aims to tap into practices on integrity and innovation and best achievements across the society, encourages exploration in this aspect, and advances research on integrity education to convey China’s story on integrity. The Award is highly professional and authoritative in the field of clean governance. The first “China Integrity Innovation Award” was held in 2018 and this year sees the second edition of it. It is also the first time for the Yili Group to apply for the Award. This year, organizers received a total of 92 projects from across the country. The expert panel conducted two rounds of preliminary on-site review and final selection of the projects according to five criteria: degree of innovation, importance, effectiveness, sustainability, and promotion. Yili Group, the only award-winner in the food industry, is highly recognized by professional organizations for its complete integrity construction.

Recent years have seen Yili Group conducting a string of anti-fraud publicity and education programs, such as “Sunshine Action” and “Thunder Action”, and special investigation and regulation on anti-fraud in key areas. The concept of full participation, full investigation, and full rigorous regulation in anti-fraud efforts has gradually gained traction, underpinning the smooth and sound development of the Group.

To bolster honesty and compliance in cooperation with our partners along the industrial chains and make the business environment clean, Yili has carried out “Clean Wind Action”, which has facilitated the establishment of an industrial chain featuring integrity. In the “Clean Wind Action”, Yili Group scrutinized all the external partners with prominence given to preventing and curbing malpractices such as non-compliance access, the connection of interest, and dishonesty. This roots our potential hazards of vested interests and purifies cooperation along the whole industrial chain, creating a positive demonstration effect. In addition, through this action, Yili Group has conducted self-inspection and empowered business departments in terms of anti-fraud and compliance, creating a clean and positive atmosphere. Moving forward, Yili will continue to work on its anti-fraud and compliance system to usher in a new era of anti-fraud work.
